Shipping to basic training with a waiver for pilonidal cyst?

I received a waiver for an asymptomatic pilonidal cyst that ive had for a while now. If during basic training it becomes infected and keeps me from advancing into basic training, will I be able to get treatment on post and then continue with BCT once im fully healed. Its normally a pretty simple procedure/ surgery.
