Flat & Folliculitis or possibly acne...HELP!?

First and foremost, I have folliculitis on my rear..At least that's what I think it is. They show up all the time and rarely ever go away. They look like pimples but I did a little research on the internet and am starting to think that they're not. I get them on my upper thighs, as well. It's embarring! I can never let my boyfriend see me with my facing towards him. Any suggestions on what to do?? Also, my is extremely flat. As long as the folliculitis clears up, then I guess I'm OKAY with having a flat ***, but I just want the little red bumps on my *** to go away for good! But any suggestions on how to get rid of it, OR get a bigger ***?? Help people!!
