Name this play station 1 game? Easy 10 points?

In this game I am looking for was in a PS 1 demo that I lost, it was a very fast paced futuristic game where you plot a very fast moving ship through a city, the police would chase you and you would shoot them down. This is like a 3d shooter type game. The end boss I remember was like a giant mach that you had to take down. This was only the first level..Can anyone tell me the name of it?
