Husband out all night?

My man left at 8pm last night to "go for a drink" but he'd be "right back". It is now 1:45pm the next day here and he comes waltzing in with the nerve to ask me for money so he could go out to watch football. He said I can't take away his time and his football. Seems to me being out from 8pm last night and all night and now this afternoon is enough time away when you have a family with kids!? I told him no money and then he was like screw you and walked out again. What is going on?
