Are the all the stunts and moves which are preformed by all the wwe superstars real?

i have seen a few eps of wwe .seen the superstars doing all there moves and stunts .some look kinda fake 2 me . i dont mean 2 insult any1.just saying...so is it all real.has any1 got injured really badly while in a wwe match?..
