My neighbours wireless internet is affecting my Video Sender!!?

If they're using the same wireless frequency then there's not much you can do, this is a problem that people sometimes have when buying cordless phones. The best I can suggest is that you ask them to change the wireless channel that the router is using. That may help but other than that they could move the router to the other side of their house or likewise with your video sender. Look for a channel/freq switcher on the video sender.
