Why everyone is betraying me?

me and my bf had a big quarrel some times b4,,and somehow our connection closed,,,dats y,,he tried to take my number from some of my close frnds,and also from my best friend,,but i dont no why,,most of my friends said wrong vulgar words about me to him,and they trioed to break our relation by saying wrong things about me.,,but they did not become successful..,now me and my bf has a good relation,,but i cant understand y my friends did so,,i mean y dey betrayed me...plz say..
