Does he like me at all?

So, there's this boy and he's 1 year older than me. He asked me out a couple months ago but I didn't like him then but now I do. He got a girlfriend after I said no to him but he still treated me like he used to. Recently, we were supposed to get each other Christmas presents but then he said not to. But I said I wanted hugs for Christmas but I never got them but he always went on about how he always wanted to hug me yet I still never did get them. After all of that, he got his cell phone and computer taken away from him. He snuck onto his laptop to tell me he was sorry he couldn't talk to me. We act like brother and sister basically. I could tell him anything and he could tell me anything without really caring. Before he started liking me, he like this girl, who has a reputation of being a slut, and after he stopped liking her, he was always dissing her about how much he hates her and that she's a slut and ugly and fat but he's always talking to her and totally blowing me off to talk to her, and when I "joke" around that he likes her he always denies it and says bad things about her. And yesterday he kept talking about how he always lifts weights and stuff. I really don't know what to think anymore. All I know is that, this slut is ruining my life because I really like him and I barely have a year left with him until he leave the school and I won't see him for a year and a half. Help? Does he like me or not? I already confessed and told him how I felt about him, which he did the same thing at the beginning of the year and he was EXTREMELY upset when I said no to him. What should I do?
