Will my doctor deliver my twins naturally?

okay so as of today i am 35 weeks pregnant with twin boys. Baby A is head down (Isaiah) and baby B is breech (Gabriel). well on the 26th i have a doctors appointment and i wanted to know going in if i have any chances of delivering my boys lly. I don't like the idea of a c section and drugs and with out induction i am set to deliver during my 40th week .. my other son was born in my 40th week and that's my due date etc... well my husband is in the navy and if we have to go with c section then we wanted to try n have it set up on the 5th of feb since there father is in the navy so him being home is kind of...hard to work around. well how do you go about setting up a scheduled c section- do you talk to your doctor or just contact your hospital and set it up your self? i know some of these questions must sound dumb to some people but i'm kind of knew to the twins thing since they aren't in our families and i don't get to see my doctor often because of military insurance (1x a month). or if you have info on this subject please just let me know so i can ask the right questions when i go to my appointment
