What's the best way to reduce racism in the United States?

This world needs to stop pointing fingers at people, no matter what race & blaming them, based on color. I am so sick of it all coming down to "color" when things happen in this world. To those who enjoy throwing out that "racial trump card." it's getting so old already. I was always raised that we were all created equal & that no one race is superior. Too bad others weren't raised this way. We are all human beings & color should not matter. There's so much racism in this world & that breeds hatred. So sad!
