I have a service connected disability currently rated at 0%,.... please answer this?

I have relapsed twice in the last 6 months requiring theutic plasmapheresis and chemotherapy to correct my blood. My papers are in the process are being done by the VA. Am I entitled for a temporary 100% rating?
