I got a girl friend but we act more like friends then lovers wat should i do?

ok i got this gurl rite and we like each other alot i think .we always talk for hours on msn ...but we talk like friends mostly i mean ...2 me a relationship should be basically always tellin tha other person i love u ....but in my case we always like say we like each other....and wen i come on msn n she is online she dosnt say hi or anything so i dont cuz i donnt wanna be desprete ...an at tha same time we say we datin ..and tha talk of never even came up...n everytime she is online n sometimes we dont even talk i get some funni feelin in me like mixed emtions n i dont like da feelin cuz its kinda sad.....n also....wen we plan a date it takes 3 weeks to come true for onli one date.....n alotta of times she says i like u n i live being wit u.....n to me like aint enuff n i think this is like my first real realtionship n im onli 17....n i dunno wat to do should i just tell her how i feel or is this wats suppose to happen i dunno...n we been datin for about 2 months now...so help plz
