Does Plan B work and is she pregnant?

my girlfriend and i were out last night, and we DIDN'T HAVE , but we played around a little with our hands. she "groped" me and my fingers went in her. well, she got pre*** on her hands and afterward, we held hands (many times) for about 1-10 minutes before i inserted my fingers in her. yes, the pre*** was exposed to the air, but i'm worried something might have slipped past us. if there's any possible way, could she be pregnant; and if so, will the Plan B pill work? Even if she's not pregnant, we want to make sure, so could the Plan B pill hurt her if she isn't pregnant?
