Are English YuGiOh cards same as American?

The cards and everything will more or less be the same because there's no reason for different cards to be released to different regions. It would throw off the balance of the entire game if one region only got specific cards other regions didn't. The only difference is the release dates so you'll just need to wait a bit longer then those in America.
