Who should I start Roddy White or Patrick Crayton?

Wondering who I should start.....Roddy White or Patrick Crayton.I would think Crayton due to him being the Cowboys #2 guy, but he rarely gets the ball thrown his way.I have T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Roy Williams as my two WR so this is a question about my flex pos.Thanx
