What is the status on the 2003 incident?

How many of you remeber the Henry Olonga and former captain Andy Flower taking the field in their opening match wearing black armbands? and their "death of democracy in our beloved Zimbabwe" qoute? What is the status of that situation. Were their repurcussions then and what is going on with the players vs the Govt. now?
